צוות מסביר פנים בלילה שהיינו,חדרו מים מהחלון והרטיבו את הבגדים,מחייב אטימת חלונות. בגלל מזג אויר,רוחות חזקות ,וחוזר אטימה של החלונות,הרוח שרקה לנו כל הלילה...אולי עדיף בימים כאלה לשכן בחדרים שאינם פונים לנוף מרון.. נהננו מארוחת בוקר נהדרת.. תודה

בהתחשב במצב - קורונה האוכל היה טוב מאוד. לחדר היה נוףלגג המזגנים - לא הסכימונלהחליף - הובטח נוף לחצר המלון או להר מירון. הצוות היה אדיב מאוד. בית המלון יפה מאוד והסביבה מעולה. תודה רבה

The experience was very good. Staff are very courteous. The cleanliness was of a high standard and of course very good and very varied food. The location is fantastic in the heart of the old town. It is highly recommended to get there and more than one night.

Bs````d I hereby congratulate all the staff in all services, welcoming, but the cleaning requires a root canal, and the food they served full of old oil and eggplant served in the morning last night, peppers, rope amazing hotel and Safed reach this right, pay a couple night half board should 800 chess justify Plus I'd love to go back and see an improvement in cleaning and food, welcomes you all thank Anhal found Rachel.

We enjoyed Mshotino hotel. Excellent location in terms of views and proximity to the Old City. The building style is very special and beautiful. The food is good, fresh and plentiful. excellent service. Comfortable and clean.

I booked the hotel a couple despite only hosted three year old daughter. The girl is eating only cereal and watermelon, and there is no reason I would pay her half board at full price. I also received a room facing the alleys of the old city and every passing car makes a strong echo. I did not sleep well. I felt full capacity and allowed me beyond what I got. The team seemed tired of the summer months and it seems there is not enough turnover among employees. Non-alcoholic drinks can be ordered only dining room and a rope.
